The Intro

I suck at these introduction things, but let me first start by saying this is by far not the first blog I have ever had. I just needed to start somewhere new and fresh, so I will give you the rundown on myself and my family first... then I'll get bloggin' :)

I'm Cayla. I'm a 25 year old mother of three amazing children. I have a strong passion for Ford Mustangs, my car (35th Anniversary Mustang), automotive, writing, reading, photography, and all things nature. I'm a reserved person but I will speak my mind if the time calls for it. My husband and I got married in September of 2004... we were very young at the time...but we have held strong for almost 6 years now.

Caydence is our first born. She was due April 12th, 2005 but born March 8th, 2005 due to complications. I went in for a routine appointment, only to be sent to L&D to have an emergency induction. Caydi was born at 2:26 am, 4lbs 10oz 17". I had Placenta Accreta which made my 10 hour labor  and the initial delivery pretty tough. Caydi is now 5.5 years old and in Kindergarten, which she loves. She has Autism, Anxiety, and Sensory Processing Disorder... but she is as smart as a whip!

Serenity is our second born. She was due August 28th, 2008 and made her grand enterance at my mother's house...completely unplanned and unassisted on August 24th, 2008. I should've known then that Serenity would be my spitfire child. She was born at 12:41 am after a 9 hour labor, 6lbs 6oz 18.5". She was born with Plagiocephaly, Severe Torticollis, Reactive Airway Diease, Sensory Processing Disorder, Eczema, and she is delayed in her speech. She is a huge sweetheart though and loves to follow in her older sister's footsteps!

Landen is our last baby. He was due August 28th, 2010 and made his grand enterance in the ambulance on the 15 freeway, heading to the hospital on August 19th, 2010. He was born at 7:06 am after a 1 hour labor, 6lbs 1oz 18.25". We are very blessed to have our sweet little boy. I had a very rough pregnancy with him...consisting of being in pain, contracting daily, and going in & out of labor since 22 weeks. After delivery and arriving at the hospital, I was given a blood transfusion. He was worth all the pain!

Anyway, that's the basic rundown of myself and my family.
